LA CONNER CHANNEL LODGE POLICIES

Deposit Policy
All reservations booked directly through the hotel’s website or phone require a credit card guarantee due at time of booking. All reservations will require a non-refundable deposit of first night's room and tax 48 hours prior to the reservation date. If the card declines the reservation will be canceled. All rooms will be paid in full at check-in. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented at check in. If the credit card holder is not present at check in, we require a credit card authorization. Any discounts, coupons, or gift cards must be presented at check in to apply.

Third Party Reservations
All third party reservations are charged One Night's room and tax 72 hours prior to arrival. If the card declines the reservation will be canceled. If you secured a reservation through a booking agency and not directly with the La Conner Channel Lodge, you must make all changes including cancellations by 3 p.m. 48 hours prior to the reservation date with the booking agency. This includes, but is not limited to, reservations made through Booking.com, Expedia, and Hotels.com. We offer our best guarantee when booking directly with us. All rooms will be paid in full at check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled by 3 pm 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of One Night’s room and tax. Late cancellations or failure to show will result in a charge equal to the first night’s stay per room to your credit card. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. Please check your driving routes and itineraries ahead of time, as road closures/detours and changes to schedules do not change our cancellation policy. Guests with multiple stays who depart early from a confirmed reservation will be charged a $50 early departure fee. Early departures must depart by 11 am the day of departure to avoid being charged a full day's rate.

House Rules
At this time, we have changed our Check-in time to 4 pm due to the Covid 19 Requirements to allow for additional cleaning. Face Coverings are required, unless fully vaccinated. Check-out time before 11 am.
If you arrive early and your room is not ready, we are happy to store your luggage prior to check-in and after check out so that you can enjoy your time in La Conner. Housekeeping services for stay over reservations are by request only between 11 am and 2 pm daily. Please inquire at the front desk. Late check-outs are based on availability, fees may apply.

Children under 6 years of age stay free with an accompanied adult. Extra Adult at cost of $25 USD per night plus tax. Rollaway Bed at cost of $20 USD per night plus tax. Pack and Plays are available free of charge


Quiet Hours
For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. As a consideration to other guests Jacuzzi tubs are shut off between 10 pm and 8 am. Noise complaints from other guests may be subject to additional fees.

Room Damage
Any excessive damages to guest rooms may result in fees that will be charged to the credit card on file.

Amenities
Complimentary continental breakfast and free parking is included in your stay. Secured Wi-Fi is available for guests during their stay. Afternoon coffee and fresh-baked cookies are available in our lobby for our guests to start their relaxing time with us. A complimentary Seattle Times paper is available at the front desk every morning. The Channel Lodge guests are also offered a 10% discount on a bottle of wine at Hellam’s Vineyard Wine shop and bar.

No Smoking Policy
The Channel Lodge Guest Rooms are all non-smoking. We follow the Washington State guidelines for 25' away from the building. We do not allow smoking on balconies or in public areas that are within 25'. A $150 Non-Smoking fee may apply. Please ask the Front Desk for designated smoking areas.

Pet Policy
The Channel Lodge is a Pet Free facility. We accommodate service animals only. Service animals must be requested and confirmed at the time of booking. We do not accept pets or emotional support animals. A $150 fee for unregistered pets may apply.
