The La Conner Channel Lodge offers a nearby escape perfect for all events: Board & Staff Retreats, Association Meetings, Leadership Trainings, Budget Planning Sessions, Nonprofit Conferences, Church Retreats, Reunions, Banquets, Holiday Parties, and more.

Our outstanding hotels and staff can host groups from 5 people up to 100. We provide all-inclusive services from start to finish, so let us do all the work for convenient, easy planning. First-class catering, group dinners, and group activities are all tailored to fit your event.

If you are looking to host a larger group than our onsite event spaces will accommodate, there are some great local event spaces all within walking distance of our property!

Maple Hall has a main floor, balcony, stage, commercial kitchen, outdoor patio area and multiple smaller meeting rooms located on two floors. The capacity for reception style set up is 300 guests. Tables, chairs, parking and Wi-Fi are included.

Swinomish Yacht Club includes 15,200 square feet for your events, located directly across the street from La Conner Channel Lodge. The main event space seats 180 guests comfortably, a barroom that seats 25, and a kitchen and outdoor deck space available for rent. There spaces include tables and chairs and lots of great parking!

The Vantage Room is located on the second floor of the La Conner Seafood & Prime Rib House which sits directly overlooking the Swinomish Channel. This space seats 100 guests and there is a $1,000.00 minimum of food and beverages. Tables and chairs are included.

The Dunlap Room

The Dunlap Room is 438 sq. feet and 14' x 31' and is perfect for groups 5 to 22 people. This meeting room includes a built-in screen, small refrigerator, tables, chairs, Wi-Fi and white linens.

The Observation Dock

Amazing space for weddings, cocktail parties, and other social gatherings! Our private Observation Dock is 624 sq. feet and 15.6' x 40' and fits up to 70 people. This gorgeous space offers breathtaking views of the Swinomish Channel, sea life and boats passing by.
The tent is not included.

Catering

La Conner Channel Lodge offers a light in-house catering menu that includes beverages and snacks. We partner with all our local catering companies to provide a complete fresh catering experience to fit any groups budget.

Alcohol can be purchased off our bar menu or brought in with a per bottle corkage fee. We do allow outside catering of your choice to be brought in.
