Celebration of the 21st Annual Rose Festival under the big tent centered in the charming Schoolhouse Rose Garden. “A Rosy Day Out” includes a community rose display and competition in the Schoolhouse, an ice cream social in the afternoon, and opportunities to sit together with like-minded gardeners in the Schoolhouse Rose Garden while listening to keynote speakers.

Skagit Artists, a 501(c)(3) organization, invites artists from state of Washington to join our 20th annual NW Art Beat open studio tour, July 20 and 21, 2024. NW Art Beat is a free, self-guided tour of Skagit County art studios featuring juried artists. This event showcases the extraordinary talent of local artists and gives the public an insider view on how it all happens.

Anacortes Arts Festival stretches down Commercial Ave from 10th Street to the Port dock on the Guemes Channel waterfront. Along that route, you'll get to experience Booth Artisans, Main, Jazz, and Waterfront Stages, three Beer and Wine Gardens, Food trucks and vendors, a Kids Discovery Area, Artists Demonstrating their craft, and Arts at the Port Fine Art Show on the dock. And it's free. We hope you'll come for a day or the weekend and help us celebrate our beautiful community and the creative spirit.
