HOTEL POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations must be cancelled by 4:00 PM, 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to one night's room and tax.

Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the first night's room and tax to the credit card on file.

Failure to arrive or contact the hotel before the check-out time on the first day of your reservation will result in cancellation of remaining nights.

Guests departing earlier than their confirmed reservation may be subject to a $50 early departure fee.

Early departures must occur before 11:00 AM to avoid being charged an additional night's stay. 

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY

All reservations booked directly through the La Conner Channel Lodge website or by phone require a valid credit card guarantee at the time of booking. A non-refundable deposit equal to the first night's room and tax will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival. Remaining balances are due in a full at check-in.

All third party reservations require a valid credit card guarantee at the time of booking. A non-refundable deposit equal to first night's room and tax will be charged 72 hours prior to arrival. Remaining balances are due in full at check-in.

Cash is not accepted at check-in. Guests are welcome to pay with cash upon check-out and receive a refund back to the original credit card. 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Guests planning to redeem a gift certificate or gift card are asked to please call ahead for validation prior to arrival.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is guaranteed at 4:00 PM

Check-out time is before 11:00 AM

If arriving early or departing later in the day, we are happy to store luggage so you can continue enjoying La Conner.

Late check-out is based on availability with additional fees. 

HOUSE RULES AND GUEST SERVICES

Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all guests.

Jacuzzi tubs are shut off between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM daily.

Failure to respect hotel quiet hours may result in additional fees and/or removal from the property without refund. 

Stayover housekeeping service is available by request between 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM daily. 

Complimentary parking is based on availability. 

CHILDREN AND ADDITIONAL GUESTS

Children 6 years of age and younger stay complimentary when accompanied by an adult.

Additional guests over 6 years of age may incur a fee of $25 per night once room occupancy limits are met. Rollaway beds are available at an additional cost. 

PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS

La Conner Channel Lodge is a pet-free facility.

We gladly accommodate service animals in accordance with applicable laws. Guests traveling with a service animal must notify the hotel at the time of booking.

Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not permitted.

Unregistered pets or animals found on the property may result in a $150 cleaning and policy violation fee. 

SMOKING

All guest rooms at La Conner Channel Lodge are 100% non-smoking.

In accordance with Washington State regulations, smoking is only permitted in designated areas located at least 25' from the building. Smoking is not allowed on guest room balconies or in any public areas within 25' of the property.

A $150 non-smoking fee may be assessed for violations of this policy.

DAMAGES

Excessive damage to guest rooms may result in fees that will be charged to the credit card on file.
